Shipping policy

Orders are accepted at time of despatch.

UK Orders are FREE of P&P and delivered using the services of Royal Mail.

Returns are at the expense of the sender (excluding faulty items) and suitable insurance cover should be considered.  Returns are at the risk of the sender until signed for by David Gilbert Jewellery.

Returns must be in an unused and new condition with box, papers and tags as delivered.  Returns that do not match this condition will be returned to sender with cost of P&P and no refund shall be issued.
